1. How do I upload and digitize my closet?
To add items, open Clovy and tap the "+" icon. You can take a real-time photo of your clothing item or select an existing picture from your camera library. Our automated AI background-remover will cleanly isolate the garment so you can categorize it immediately.
2. Why does Clovy request access to my location?
Clovy uses your device's geographical location dynamically to fetch real-time meteorological reports. This allows our Weather-Sync AI to recommend outfit combinations perfectly suited to the local climate. We do not track or persist your coordinates in our databases.
3. How do I permanently delete my account and wardrobe photos?
Your privacy is our priority. To permanently delete all your data: open the Clovy app, go to Settings ➔ Account ➔ tap "Delete Account", and confirm. This will instantly and irreversibly wipe your profile, all uploaded closet photos, categories, and saved combinations from our secure cloud storage systems.
4. The AI Styling Engine is recommending outfits I don't like. How do I train it?
You can train Clovy by saving the combinations you love and deleting or skipping recommendations you do not prefer. The machine learning model adapts to your catalog categories and tastes over time to improve its match accuracy.
